Prior to Talent, I started my career with something entirely different--an interest in technology. I graduated with a degree in electronics and worked several years in technical consulting. I would eventually take a chance with a new role in technical recruiting. That pivot happened over a decade ago, and it forever changed the trajectory of my career.
